Your e-ticket(s) | De Nieuwe Kerk temporary closed

Dear visitor,

You recently bought one or more tickets to visit the De Nieuwe Kerk in the upcoming weeks.

Due to the tightened corona measures as announced on 18 December, all museums are closed for a few weeks. Including De Nieuwe Kerk. We are sorry we cannot welcome you now. We hope we will be allowed to open our doors again on or around Friday 15 January 2022. Keep an eye on our website for more information.

Have you ordered a full-rate ticket or a ticket with a discount?
We offer you a solution. You can move your ticket(s) to a later moment (until April 3, 2022). That way you can still use the ticket (or tickets) when we open again and reserve a time lock at a time of your choice.

The loss of income due to this temporary closure is a major loss for De Nieuwe Kerk. Would you like to support De Nieuwe Kerk during this difficult period? Then there is also the option to donate your ticket(s). We would be very grateful to you for that.

Do you choose to donate your ticket(s) or to reschedule your visit? Please let us know in a response to this email. If you want to move your visit to a later moment, please enclose your ordered e-ticket(s). We will then send you a discount code with which you can order one (or more) free ticket(s) in our ticket shop, as soon as ticket sales have started again. Please let us know in a message to shop@nieuwekerk.nl.

Have you ordered a free ticket (VriendenLoterij VIP-kaart, Iamsterdam City Card, ICOM Card, children’s ticket)?
We are of course happy to give you the opportunity to move your visit to a later time. You will soon be able to order a ticket again in our webshop. Keep an eye on our website to find out when our ticket sales will start again.

Have you got any questions? Please let us know. The easiest way is to send an e-mail to shop@nieuwekerk.nl.

Finally: we hope we can soon announce when De Nieuwe Kerk will reopen. Keep an eye on our website and follow us on Facebook, Instagram. Or subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know.

We thank you for your understanding and we wish you lots of strength and good health in these strange times. Hope to see you soon!

Kind regards,
De Nieuwe Kerk
