This fall: Buddha in De Nieuwe Kerk
EXPECTED. Spectacularly together: Ancient and modern. The exhibition Buddha’s Life, Path to the Present this fall at De Nieuwe Kerk. On show from Sunday 16 September until Sunday 3 February 2019.
The exhibition displays many ancient artifacts, some of them thousands of years old. They are interspersed with artworks of contemporary artists, including Ai Weiwei and Yoko Ono. Some of the installations are being created especially for this exhibition.
