| Summary | The exhibition will display about 300 items from different museum collections in Oman – including those of the National Museum, the Ministry of Heritage and Culture, the Sultan’s Armed Forces Museum, and the private Bait Al Zubair Museum in Muscat – and also from the National Archief and other international institutions. The exhibition will highlight Oman’s role as a seafaring nation and its central location on international trade routes, such as that of the Dutch East India Company (VOC). |
